Your free energy audit
We are energy efficiency experts. We use Relux software which assesses your premises current lighting levels and energy usage and feeds this into our bespoke specification engine. This allows us to design an energy-efficient, LED lighting solution for you which maintains or improves your lighting quality but significantly reduces energy usage and costs.
A DETAILED LED LIGHTING PROPOSAL WITH ILLUSTRATED SAVINGS
We put our recommendations in to a simple proposal, illustrating the energy and cost savings our lighting solution will produce. The calculations are produced by comparing hours of usage, weeks of the year usage and average kw/h.
5 YEAR PROJECTION EXAMPLE
PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SPECIFICATION: Upgrade lighting to LED and save energy and maintenance costs.
It is assumed that the existing luminaires if not replaced will require to be relamped immediately and then according to the dictates of lamp life.
We have included a nominal sum of £5 as labour costs to change lamps.

EXPERT LED INSTALLATION WITH NO DISRUPTION
We understand that you don’t want any retrofit to disrupt your usual business activity. That’s why we arrange a convenient time with you – we are happy to install during the night and weekends and will always clear the premises before we leave.
YOUR NEW LED LIGHTING SERVICE CONTRACT
This is not leased lighting, this is Light as a Service. We provide a full retrofit LED lighting solution which is fully maintained for the duration of the agreement (5 -7 years) and provide guarantees on lighting performance. No small print, just better lighting guaranteed. There is a monthly service fee which is always lower than the energy savings which we unlock – meaning you generate net savings way before the end of the term of your agreement.
